Terms and Conditions

 

Acknowledgment of Understanding and Responsibility, and Commitment to Process.

 

My decision to participate in this, and all future Working with People Trainings is a personal decision. No one has made any promises or warranties as to the results or benefits I will receive or as to any specific results I will realize from my participation in this Training. I am committed to participating fully in all parts of this Training. I understand that this includes being present for all sessions, completing all assignments, and supporting my fellow participants as requested. I understand that this Training is not therapy or psychological counselling and is not a substitute for the treatments or services ordinarily provided by health care professionals for physiological or psychological complaints. If I desire therapy or psychological counselling, I will seek it from a licensed provider.

 

I am well, physically and emotionally, and commit to being responsible for my own well-being during the course of this workshop. I understand that this Training is for my personal benefit only and may not be appropriate for others. I affirm that I have answered all questions on any applicable WWP Forms honestly and I have fully disclosed all the information requested.

Please read the remainder of the Agreement, including Terms & Conditions and Process Ground Rules. They collectively form the agreement which you enter into with us.

If you have any questions before agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, please contact the WWP Seminars Ltd organizer that sent you this document. We will always discuss and address any concerns you may have. DO NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PROCESS GROUND RULES UNLESS YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF ITS CONTENTS.

References in these Terms & Conditions to "WWP Seminars Ltd." or to "WWP’. "we", "our" or "us" in each case refers to WWP Seminars Ltd. References to "you" or "your" are to you, the participant on the WWP Seminars Ltd. Process (which we also refer to as "the Process" and "the course" and/or "the programme."). These Terms & Conditions are the exclusive basis for the contract between you and us. No other terms or conditions (whenever and however communicated), nor any amendment or addition to these Terms & Conditions, will apply unless agreed by a director of WWP Seminars Ltd. in writing.

This Terms & Conditions document applies for any WWP Seminars Ltd. course that I attend, including but not limited to the following:

  • Working with People: A Psychology of Awakening

  • Relationship Counselling

  • Lataif Deepening

  • Authentic Leadership

  • Advanced Training


Attending the course
Please note that if there have been any changes to your personal or therapeutic situation which, if known at the time would have led to us not accepting your application, we shall have the right to decide that you cannot attend the course. Please understand that if we don’t receive your pre-process work in sufficient time before the course start date, we reserve the right to suspend your place on the course.

Confidentiality Agreement

You understand and agree that the WWP Seminars Ltd. Process, including the post-Process material, is a private and personal experience for each participant, and that the processes constitute Intellectual Property, are proprietary and copyrighted, and are owned by WWP Seminars Ltd. As such, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and their remarks and actions, as well as the processes themselves; you agree to keep all such information private and confidential; and, to make no use or dissemination of the Processes without the written permission of WWP Seminars Ltd.
Materials presented are intended solely for Process use. You are not permitted to duplicate, resell, modify and resell, and/or repackage and resell, and/or rename and resell the materials. Materials or any part of them are not to be used in connection with any seminar, training programme, therapy, process, consulting, or other business activity except WWP Seminars Ltd. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements you may have regarding material

use. By signing these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound beyond copyright law.
You also agree to respect the confidentiality, identity and experience of all WWP Seminars Ltd. participants and staff, and not to reveal or disclose same. You accept that photography, video and sound recording are not permitted at the venue during the Process week. You understand and agree that the WWP Seminars Ltd. Process, including the post-Process material, is a private and personal experience for each participant, and that the processes constitute Intellectual Property, are proprietary and copyrighted, and are owned by WWP Seminars Ltd. Process Ground Rules

These rules are for your safety and to ensure that you, and the rest of the participants, gain the most from the training.

  • Drugs and other mood altering drugs (legal or illegal) are prohibited for the duration of the course, and cannot be brought to the Process venue. You must notify us before the course commences of the use of prescribed medication (which you should continue to take as instructed by your doctor).

  • It is your duty to inform WWP Seminars Ltd. if you have any eating disorders. If the disorder becomes active at any time during the Process, you are to immediately speak to a member of WWP Seminars Ltd.

  • You are responsible for your wellbeing; including getting sufficient food and sleep during the Process and taking any prescribed medicines on time. If at any time you feel unwell or unable to continue for any reason, you are to immediately speak to a member of WWP Seminars Ltd. Staff know, and they will give you the support that you need at the time.

  • To benefit from this course, it is essential that you participate in all of its stages.

Warranties

No warranties of any kind or nature are given by WWP Seminars Ltd.

Disclaimer, Release and Indemnity

WWP Seminars Ltd. disclaims all liability for any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by you directly or indirectly caused by negligence or breach of contract, breach of duty, or breach of statutory duty by WWP Seminars Limited and its members, Process leaders, staff members, employees, organizers, and agents (Releasees) which occurs while you are participating in the Process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You understand and agree that the Process is an intensive inner exploration. You acknowledge that when you participate in the Process, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that while you are participating in the Process or at the location of the Process, you assume the risk of, and the responsibility for, any injury or illness that you suffer, death or property damage or loss however such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage may occur, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to release and indemnify the Releasees against all and any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage that you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly caused by the negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty by the Releasees, or in any way whatsoever, while you are participating in the process or present on the premises where the Process is conducted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You release, and will indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees against all and any actions or claims which may be made by other parties arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by other parties as a result of your negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or otherwise to the extent permitted by applicable law. This release, waiver and indemnity will bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns. You agree to indemnify the Releasees for any liability and cost which we may incur as a result of any breach by you of these Terms & Conditions (including, but not limited to, either of the two clauses headed "Proprietary Materials" and "Confidentiality Agreement") to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Booking Terms: Fees/Charges

Prices quoted by us indicate the cost of accommodation, tuition, meals and all course materials. No refund will be made if you do not fully participate in this, for example if you do not require all meals. In case I have not paid for the full course in advance, I agree to pay the remainder of the course fee according to the following payment schedule (payment of each part due 2 weeks before each part starts):

Booking Terms: Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because of the high demand and limited spaces available, it is important to note our Cancellation Policy, as follows:

  • All cancellations must be written to info@workingwithpeopletrainings.com.

  • Upon acceptance into this course a commitment is required to

    complete all six parts of the training. If circumstances make it impossible to attend one part, it will be possible to make that part up in the following year.

  • Our class capacity is limited, therefore if rescheduling or cancellations are necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list.

  • There is a 14-day grace period after you have submitted your payment to receive a full refund, less wire transfer fees.

  • We will make every effort to process reimbursement requests within 72 hours.

  • If you cancel more than 3 weeks before the first course session begins, we will retain 10% of the entire program fee.

  • If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the first course session begins, we will retain 50% of the entire program fee.

  • If you cancel after the first course session, we will retain the cost of any sessions already attended plus 50% of the remaining program fee. Any unpaid portion shall become due and payable immediately.

  • Any monies retained may be used towards a future WWP course session, within two years from date of cancellation. Agreement from course leaders is required, and is not guaranteed.

  • If you are asked to leave the Process for breaching these Terms & Conditions, or if you are in breach of our Process Ground Rules, no part of the course fee will be refunded

 

Booking Terms – Leaving Group during Process.

I understand that I am responsible for notifying a staff person if I choose to leave the WWP Training without completing. I acknowledge and agree that the Training, as well as my participation in the Training, can be terminated at the discretion of the workshop leader for any reason at any time. In such event I will receive a pro rata refund of the Program fee by the Organizer. If I withdraw from the Training for any reason whatsoever, I am bound to the cancellation policy as written above, and any unpaid portion thereof shall become due and payable immediately from me to the Organizer.


Booking Terms: Policy for Changing Course Date
If you suffer from sudden ill health, or recent bereavement, and need to change the course date, please contact your WWP Seminars Ltd. organizer immediately in writing. Your course fee can be suspended until a suitable alternative date can be found. Refunds, beyond those addressed in the policies set forth above, may be considered if a medical certificate is provided.


Cancellations and Changes to Courses by WWP Seminars Ltd.

WWP Seminars Ltd. will make every effort to provide the programme as agreed. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the venue or date of a course, for any cause beyond our reasonable control. In the very unlikely event that a course is cancelled, you may transfer your registration to another course or

receive a full refund of monies paid to us. Our liability will be limited to that refund and WWP Seminars Ltd. will not be liable for any other direct or indirect loss, cost or expense, of any nature, however caused.


All Venues subject to this Agreement.
Participants in the Working with People Training acknowledge and agree that this disclaimer and agreement signed and agreed by all participants in the WWP Training held at Campus, La Selva and Mandali also includes Campus, La Selva and Mandali and whomever at any and all locations who provides WWP processes with facilities for their training and services to individuals. Individuals agree that these venues have no involvement with the contents of the course or training and that they are not in any way responsible for the course/process activities or results of the course or process and any consequences resulting from them.
 

Law and Jurisdiction Applicable
These Terms & Conditions, and all other parts of the contract between you and WWP Seminars Ltd., are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction over any action or claim arising out of or in any way related to the Agreement to participate and participation in the Working with People programme(s) shall be in the Courts of the United Kingdom nearest the offices of WWP Seminars Ltd.


All Provisions Negotiable and Accepted
All of the Terms and Conditions stated above are subject to negotiation and discussion. By signing these Term or Condition, the participant waives any and all objections to such Terms and Conditions, and accepts all of the Terms and Conditions as stated.


Severable Terms
If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, all the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. This Agreement shall supersede any prior promises, agreements, representations, undertakings or implications whether made orally or in writing between you and us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

 

Amendment
This Agreement may not be amended except in writing, signed by the parties. By giving my signature below, I agree and confirm:

  1. that I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions and understand and accept them as legally binding;

  2. that all my answers and other information included in the Application which I am submitting to attend the Process were true and complete when given and remain true, correct and complete at the date my signature is given, and;

  3. that I did not omit anything relevant from any response or statement. I agree to notify WWP Seminars Ltd. immediately if any of my answers change, and verify this signature to be legally binding.

 

I acknowledge that a legally binding agreement, including all stated terms

and conditions, is formed when WWP Seminars Ltd. accepts my application, following the interview process.
No Signature by WWP Seminars Ltd. of these Terms and Conditions is Required.
No signature or execution by WWP Seminars Ltd. of these Terms and Conditions is required for them to be effective and part of our agreement. Following execution of the Terms & Conditions by you, the participant, our agreement to these Terms and Conditions is finalized by your execution thereof, and your being considered for acceptance into the program by WWP Seminars Limited.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required from all participants, and said Terms and Conditions are accepted by WWP Seminars Limited without execution of this Terms and Conditions form by WWP Seminars Ltd.
